Everything works well here.Rooms are good sized, modern, with strong good air con, large showers, good wifi ,etc. Nothing shabby whatsoever.Around the corner is a good gym.Across the main street is a good natural -food restaurant that serves porridge with berries, avocado toast,freshly-squeezed carrot, celery and beet juices. There's a bakery down the street too. This is not a hotel for hanging out.No pool,no gym,no luxury. But it's a 3-minute walk to Marbella's beachside promenade. The rooms are very well priced (for pricey Marbella)and the taxi queue is just outside the hotel. Everything is very basic, but updated, modern and attractive. But it's by no means luxury. No way. It's not discount either. It's a very good THREE-star hotel. Nice, small balcony with table and two chairs. Unlike many hotel air conditioners nowadays this one actually brought in fresh outdoor air,as opposed to merely cooling stale interior air.

The staff were very helpful and there was someone on reception 24 hours which is always useful and reassuring. Room cleaning and service was excellent. The breakfast was good and the cafe really pleasant. The hotel and all facilities in general were modernised and up to date. What was really nice for me, as a tango dancer, was that the cafe is used as a small but very welcoming tango venue twice a week [with no disturbance to other visitors] and the teacher was very good indeed. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

The location is excellent, close to the old town and the beaches We used two double rooms. Room number 201 is spacious, with a beautiful terrace, faces the street, has a safe, fridge and kettle and I recommend this room. Room number 202 is much smaller, dark, has a small terrace overlooking the inner courtyard, has a safe and a fridge, but no kettle; I do not recommend this room because it is small and dark

Mila

Location was good. Staff were very pleasant. The restaurant attached was really good for breakfast. Everything you could want including cereals and bacon and eggs for €10. underground parking €15 a bit expensive but street parking anywhere in Marbella a nightmare so would recommend you pay for your peace of mind.

Neil

Clean. Lovely beds and comfortable linen changed every day. Good location and very helpful pleasant staff. Thank you
